Registration Of A Real Estate/ Real Estate Unit By Way Of Grant

It is the process of documenting the grant transaction between the parties of the contract (the grantor and the grantee) or their legal representative(s). In this documentation, the ownership of the real estate or the real estate unit of the granted real estate or real estate unit is evidenced as being transferred from the grantor to the grantee free of charge.

Process

  • ubmitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.

  • Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

Service Fees

  • 0.125% in the event the value of the real estate or real estate unit is higher than AED 1,600,000 with a minimum limit of AED 2,000 to be borne by the grantee, for citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and for non-citizens, the ownership fees shall be added, if hadn't been previously paid
  • AED 350 as fees for the issuance of a title deed and a site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
