Required Documents
- For Individuals: Original title deed, Proving the identity of the landlord or his legal representative., Ownership note from the Municipality and Planning Department, Clearance of sanitation.
- For Businesses: Original title deed, Proving the identity of the landlord or his legal representative., Ownership note from the Municipality and Planning Department, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, Clearance of sanitation.
- For Government Agencies: Original title deed, Ownership note from the Municipality and Planning Department, Proving the identity of the landlord or his legal representative.
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

- AED100.00 application to register merging or allotment of a real estate to the same owner
