It is a contract for the amendment or transfer of usufructuary right or the right for “Mosataha” by the agreement of the parties.
Required Documents
- For Individuals: The original title deed or title certificate and site plan, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, The amended usufruct contract is legalized, The revised Musataha contract is legal notarized, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
- For Businesses: The original title deed or title certificate and site plan, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, Clearance of sanitation, The amended usufruct contract is legalized, The revised Musataha contract is legal notarized, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

Service Fees
- AED 500 Registration of termination or transfer of usufruct / Musataha right.
- AED 350 fees for issuing of ownership certificate or title deed.
