Registration of Specialised Engineering Consultant
This service is affiliated to the engineering consultants specialized in providing specialized engineering services (green buildings, projects management, quantity survey, real estate evaluation, …etc) to the Department within the real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman.
Required Documents
- For Businesses: Submit a service request letter from the requesting party to register
- For Businesses: License from the Department of Economic Development
- For Businesses: Providing university certificates to the specialized staff and any other international accreditation (having at least one supervisory employee who has an internationally accredited certificate, such as: PMP, RICS, etc.)
- For Businesses: The signature approved by the company / office
- For Businesses: Personal identification of the company owner (ID / Passport)
- For Businesses: Company profile and organizational structure
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees
- Registration of a specialized engineering consultant: AED5,000.00
- Issuance of registration certificate of a specialized consultant: AED500.00
