Registration Of Cancellation Of Descendent Endowment (Complementary)
It is the process of registering the cancelation of the family endowment pursuant to the request of the owner effecting the endowment by virtue of a letter issued from the Legal Court.
Required Documents
- For Individuals: Property title deed or property unit ownership certificate., Proof of the customer's identity (identity or passport)., A letter from the Sharia court, Clearance of sanitation., Certificate of objection from the developer to real estate units.
- For Businesses: Property title deed or property unit ownership certificate., Proof of the customer's identity (identity or passport)., A letter from the Sharia court, Clearance of sanitation., Certificate of objection from the developer to real estate units.
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

- AED 250 as fees for the cancellation of the family endowment
- AED 350 fees for issuing of the ownership certificate or title deed
