This service enables transactors to apply for evaluation of the real estate to determine the current value of the real estate for a personal purpose or to submit to official bodies …etc.

Required Documents

  • For Individuals: The evaluation letter issued by the official authority and others, A recent copy of the site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department, A copy of the engineering maps in case the building is under construction, Statement of annual income, Legally proving the identity of individuals or their representatives (for non-residents), A list of maintenance fees (owner / developer association) in case a real estate unit is located
  • For Businesses: Official letter requesting the evaluation with the details of the land, A recent copy of the site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department, Statement of annual income, Proof of the identity of the parties or his legal representative (for non-residents), Official letter requesting the evaluation with the details of the land
  • For Government Agencies: A message from the government agency, A recent copy of the site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department

Process

  • Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • Fees Payment
  • Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

Service Fees

  • AED 1,000.00 evaluation of a real estate unit or an application & for the evaluation of a vacant land for all purposes
  • AED 200.00 application for evaluation of a real estate
  • AED 1,000.00 evaluation of a vacant land for all purposes
  • AED 1,500.00 evaluation of a residential/investment/agricultural real estate
  • AED 3,000.00 evaluation of a commercial or industrial real estate
  • AED 5,000.00 evaluation of a real estate project and the common ownership system
  • AED 300.00 evaluation of inheritance or estate by order of a legal court
