The Land and Real Estate Regulatory Authority is committed to building complementary relationships with its strategic partners, driven by the belief in the importance of enhancing cooperation and establishing effective partnerships that serve the objectives of all parties. RERA also supports the efforts to pursue excellence and leadership across various areas, particularly in improving the performance of the real estate sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and raising the levels of satisfaction among all stakeholders. These partnerships are formalized and activated through agreements and memoranda of understanding that outline the nature of the relationship, the partnership’s goals, and the obligations of the parties involved.

  • Partnership Management Policy:
    The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation – Ajman is keen to implement the partnership management system, which aims to enhance respect, benefit and mutual trust, ensure non-overlap and duplication of work and provide joint services in a way that contributes to achieving added value and benefiting from common capabilities, resources and knowledge, which is positively reflected on happiness levels and continuous improvement and development projects.
  • The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation – Ajman works to achieve this policy through the following:
  • – Identify areas of joint work, potential future partnership opportunities, partnership frameworks and added values, and provide all supporting requirements to achieve them.
    – Building institutional relationships that enable the identification of potential partnership opportunities.
    – Exchange of knowledge, experiences and services in order to improve the joint performance and added value of the department and stakeholders.
    – Follow up the process of preparing and signing memorandums of understanding, partnership agreements, cooperation agreements.
    – Full compliance with the legal and legislative requirements related to the partnership management system.
    – Review the performance of the partnership management system periodically with the identification of areas of improvement and lessons learned to ensure good implementation
    – Spreading awareness of the partnership management system and enhancing commitment to it among employees.
    – Disseminating the policy of managing partnerships for all concerned groups and working to disseminate it through the various communication channels of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation – Ajman and ensure its understanding and effective application.
  • The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation adopts this policy and ensures that the requirements associated between the Department and its partners are met through continuous learning and development, review and evaluation of the system periodically.
