His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that last April witnessed 127 real estate evaluation transactions with a total value exceeding 486 million dirhams, explaining that the number of real estate evaluation transactions for units of real estate development projects achieved a growth of 35% and reached a total value of 28 million  Dirham.

Al Muhairi explained that the evaluation processes included commercial, residential and industrial real estate in addition to agricultural real estate, where residential real estate witnessed a remarkable growth of 34.72% and received the largest share of the total value of the evaluation at 294.8 million dirhams, ahead of commercial real estate, whose total value reached 147.12 million dirhams, while industrial real estate came third. With a total of 44.23 million dirhams.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that the April report included personal evaluation transactions, the evaluation of courts and institutions, as well as the evaluation of long-term golden residencies for investors, the number of which increased by 34% compared to last March, and their total value exceeded 251 million dirhams.
