His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, chaired the Department meeting with the Middle East Facilities Management Association to discuss ways of joint cooperation and mechanisms for developing the work of management companies and improving their performance in line with the vision of the Department.

The meeting discussed best practices in the field of facilities management and the latest technologies used in this field, in addition to reviewing the training program and specialized workshops that the department seeks to organize within the framework of its plan to upgrade the quality of managing residential compounds and real estate projects.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of Real Estate Registration Department, Ms. Fatima Al Shehhi, Director of Support Services Department, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Qamzi, Business Development Specialist, Engineer Ali Al Suwaidi, Vice President of the Middle East Association for Facilities Management, and Eng. Abdullah Al Wahidi.
